TurboFly Merchant Account and Data Deletion
How to request account deactivation or data deletion
- Contact TurboFly Delivery & Courier by phone at +968 7919 4139.
- State that your request concerns the TurboFly Merchant app.
- Provide your merchant name, merchant code and registered mobile number.
- TurboFly will verify that you are authorized to act for the merchant account.
- After verification, TurboFly will review the account and process deletion, anonymization or deactivation of eligible information.
Information that may be deleted or anonymized
- eligible merchant profile information;
- inactive authentication sessions and session tokens;
- support information that is no longer required; and
- other records that are not required for an active service, settlement, security, accounting, dispute or legal obligation.
Information that may be retained
TurboFly may retain shipment, customer delivery, cash-on-delivery, settlement, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute and legally required records for the period reasonably necessary to meet those obligations.
Where full deletion is not permitted, TurboFly may restrict access, deactivate the account or anonymize eligible information where appropriate.
Account creation
TurboFly Merchant does not provide open public registration inside the app. Merchant accounts are provisioned by TurboFly Delivery & Courier. A merchant may still request account deactivation and deletion of eligible information using the process above.
